DESCRIPTION :
A new generation single-component fast-acting mastic of high mechanical performance, especially designed for non-rigid gluing and for the sealing of diverse materials such as polyester laminates, metallic products (aluminium, stainless steel, zinc, lacquered, varnished), wood and its by-products, glass as well as many types of duroplastics and thermoplastics. This mastic is designed for a use in industrial body work and refrigeration, sandwich panels, air conditio ning, shipyards and in numerous industrial sectors . Free from solvants, silicone, isocyanates and halogenous substances, it can be used in contact with food
stuffs.
INSTRUCTIONS :
BODYSHOPS & GARAGES :
• Joining together body work: steel to steel without the use of a primer.
• Joint kit: seals soldering and sheet metal welding joints - easy to structure and paint.
• Fitting spoilers and wing extensions - excellent adhesion on bodywork and polyester.
• Seals water leaks, can be used on wet surfaces.
• Glues a wide range of materials. Adheres well on metal, primer, lacquer, layers of zinc, aluminium, wood, and most synthetic materials.
BUILDINGS & CONSTRUCTION :
• Glues in insulation even on wet surfaces. PRO SEAL does not dissolve polystyrene.
• As a fixing kit for the gluing of plinths, facade boards, roof edges, application of brick decorations, concrete, cement bases. PRO SEAL replaces mechanical fixing.
• As a sealing kit, works also on wet and difficult surfaces. Does not corrode cut stone such as marble, bluestone and granite. Ideal for sealing windows into the surrounding brickwork. Paints over perfectly, even with acrylate thinned paints.
• Windows and Verandahs: sticking glass onto synthetic and aluminium frames, the gluing of glass corners in window manufacturing.
AIR CONDITIONING :
• Seals PVC and metal pipework, excellent adhesion even on galvanized pipes.
SANITARY INSTALLATIONS:
• As a sealing kit, also on wet surfaces. Does not corrode acrylate. PRO SEAL is U.V. and mold resistant.
GENERAL MAINTENANCE:
• As a universal glue: sticks to most surfaces, solvent free, does not corrode synthetic materials.
• As a universal sealing kit: combines the advantages of acrylate and silicone kits without the disadvantages of these two products.
• Reduces the need to stock many different products.
