DESCRIPTION:
POLYCOL is a revolutionary one-component mastic used in industry, and more particularly in the automotive industry for gluing windscreens.
APPLICATION:
Formula free of solvents, halogens, silicones and isocyanates. Odorless. The vehicle is available quickly after the installation of a windscreen: drying time = 1 hour without airbag, 2 hours with one airbag, 3 hours with two airbags. Polymerization obtained with the humidity of the air and surfaces: mastic resistant to all seasons (temperatures from - 40 C° to + 90 C°). It does not yellow when exposed to UV rays.
Operating temperature: from -5 C° to + 35C°. Cleaning: Use only our POLYCOL DEGREASER.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Surface preparation:
Clean thoroughly the surfaces to be glued. We recommend that you work in heated rooms, mainly for metal surfaces. It is essential to apply a coat of POLYCOL DEGREASER and allow it to dry for about 5 minutes.
Application:
POLYCOL is to be applied in strips, in the necessary quantity, between the materials to be glued. Short method: repeat the process on the old cord. Long method: When there is no longer an old cord, sand the surface and degrease it with POLYCOL DEGREASER. Installation of the windscreen within 10 minutes.
